Sweeps uses a strike system to track issues and ensure quality for our community.
Sweeps allows 2 strikes before removal. Sweepers may earn off a strike by earning 5 positive reviews subsequent to a strike. Strikes are visible on your Sweeper profile.
Members of the Sweeps support team are in charge of issuing strikes, which are earned by Sweepers for some of the following reasons:
- Sweeps has zero-tolerance for no-shows, and they will result in immediate denial.
- Withdrawing within 24 hour of an awarded or confirmed job.
- Rude, slow, or otherwise unreasonable communication with Sweeps customers, other Sweepers, or Sweeps' support team.
- Tardiness to jobs.
- Poor reviews from customers.
