What to do if items are broken or some other issue occurs on a job

We are here to help resolve issues that occurred during your job.

Our team will be notified as you submit these forms, and a dedicated Sweeps Support Team member will be assigned to your issue. They will review information submitted by you, and gather more information as necessary to make a decision.

We may be in touch with you again as part of this process and will communicate a decision with all parties in a timely manner. Final agreements to resolutions must be submitted at the Sweeps Resolution Form.
